Following his stint as an in-house director at The Discovery Channel, Chris turned freelance at the beginning of 2007. His first gig was an award-winning ad campaign for National Geographic and Star Alliance. After making a mood piece for Merlin Entertainment on Blackpool’s tram system, he made a multi award-winning short doc for Channel 4 on one of London’s more peculiar tourist attractions, a zebra crossing. Another ad campaign for Malta Tourism was followed by an assignment as a Director of Photography on a BBC documentary celebrating the life of Neil Armstrong.
